You may return new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.).

What is our recommendation for the perfect cup of coffee?
We recommend the 2 to 1 ratio for the perfect cup of coffee. 2 tablespoons of coffee to every 1 cup of coffee. Note:A full 12 cup pot of coffee should have 24 tablespoons of coffee.
How high above sea level is our farm?
We are about 1,500 - 1,800 meters above sea level.
